Yes they do, as long as you mill or discard permanents sorceries and instants don't count for descending
You can choose up to one creature from each player, yourself included, and roll the dice on what pops out

And as if that wasnt enough, there are also ultra-rare cards marked by unique colors or symbols (for example, an ultra-rare might have a white or gold star instead of a black one)
I do think that theres a lot of fun to be had with these cards, but the way you get attractions and stickers in Cube is going to either involve going really hard on supporting these themes and having those cards be draftable, or doing a house rule where you provide some to players outside the draft
Destroy a creature with defender Red doesn't get a lot of creature destruction straight up, but somehow its hatred of things that refuse to fight allows it one exception
